• Provide operations and administrative support • Manage appointments — scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and calendar management • Handle social media management and marketing support • Assist with LinkedIn outreach and networking support • Manage outreach via CRM and email • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records • Track KPIs and metrics • Support workflow and task management • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed
• 1+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant for US-based clients • Experience in social media management and marketing support • Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling tools • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including data tracking, reporting, and formulas • Experience with outreach and networking support (preferred) • Background in the accounting/bookkeeping industry (a plus) • Understanding of marketing and audience engagement strategies
