📋 Description

• Conduct personalized online onboarding sessions with our new customers via video call. • Explain clearly and systematically how our learning platform and its associated areas work. • Show customers which content, live calls, and services are available to them. • Introduce the relevant points of contact and explain whom customers should contact with different questions. • Answer initial organizational and technical questions. • Ensure that every customer has a professional, personalized, and smooth start at Cryptory. • Reliably document completed onboarding sessions in our systems.

🎯 Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university. • You enjoy communicating with people and come across as friendly, open, and professional. • You can explain processes clearly and patiently. • You work reliably, are organized, and take initiative. • You are comfortable using digital platforms, video calls, and online tools. • You have excellent German-language skills, both written and spoken. • You have a general interest in financial markets and economic topics. • No prior knowledge of trading, Bitcoin, or cryptocurrencies is required.
