📋 Description

• Develop and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy across Paid Media, Website, App, CRM, and plasma donor communications • Drive digital donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives across Europe • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels • Enhance website and app experiences to improve user engagement and conversion rates • Build and optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels • Define and manage KPIs including conversion, engagement, retention, and acquisition metrics • Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to strengthen tracking, attribution, and segmentation capabilities • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives • Partner with I&T teams to define, prioritize, and implement digital platform enhancements • Manage external agencies and collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, or related functions • Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Paid Media • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing programs • Demonstrated success in website optimization, conversion optimization, and customer journey management • Experience with marketing automation and data-driven marketing strategies • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams • Knowledge of Drupal, CRM implementation, or digital platform management is an advantage • Excellent German and English communication skills
