• Independent responsibility for the entire sales cycle • Development of multi-year account strategies • Identification of new opportunities within the client portfolio • Management of complex sales cycles • Expansion of existing accounts through new line implementations • Building broad relationships with stakeholders • Collaboration with multiple departments to conduct evaluations
• Several years of experience in enterprise software sales • Solid understanding of precision manufacturing • Proven track record of selling in compliance-intensive environments • Experience with QMS, MES, LIMS, PLM or other regulated software systems • Ability to clearly articulate value in regulated environments • Strong capability to engage senior stakeholders • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • High level of ownership, structure and sense of responsibility • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics or comparable) • Fluent English; German or other European languages are an advantage • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
