📋 Description

• Strategic development, management and sustainable expansion of digital brand partnerships • Design, implementation and continuous optimization of innovative collaboration models in the digital environment • Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and management of external partners and stakeholders • Preparation of well-founded decision materials and persuasive presentations for management level (Keynote, PowerPoint) • Analysis of market, brand and trend potential in the music and live entertainment sectors to identify new growth opportunities • Independent management of contract negotiations and strategic development and scaling of existing partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Management or a comparable qualification • At least five years of relevant professional experience in digital commercialization, digital marketing, brand partnerships or a comparable field • Proven experience in creating presentations that are both visually and substantively convincing for decision-makers and management • Strong affinity for music and live entertainment and a good understanding of relevant market dynamics • Business-fluent English, spoken and written • Highly developed strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex issues • High degree of personal responsibility, reliability and organizational strength in managing demanding projects • Above-average commitment, resilience and result-orientation • Confident and persuasive manner with internal and external stakeholders
