📋 Description

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records • Perform regular, detailed audits of financial documents, expenditures, and investments • Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts • Set up financial accounts as needed • Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables • Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns • Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly • Keep company financial information confidential • Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date across the organization • Manage inventory • Manage China purchases • Provide financial reporting, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic insights for business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English verbal and written communication • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field • Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System • Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements • Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently • Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc. • Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus • Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Minimum 4.00 GB computer memory/RAM • Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating system • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections • Required noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port • Required webcam with at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
