📋 Description

• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services, and other key stakeholders across talent acquisition and onboarding processes • Manage the requisition lifecycle through the applicant tracking system (ATS), including audit documentation • Lead and support offer management • Initiate and complete background and reference checks, including electronic consents where applicable • Communicate background and reference check results to appropriate parties • Adhere to recruiting processes, policies, and tools, ensuring compliance with legislative, governmental, and company requirements • Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes • Document processes and improvements • Contribute to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities • Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating hiring-manager schedules • Make travel arrangements and prepare candidate information packets and interview agendas • Manage and submit interview-process and external-candidate travel expenses for payment • Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand • Apply data analytics and HR business-process execution to support efficient, accurate, compliant, and customer-focused solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations • Outstanding fresh graduates, or candidates with up to two years of post-graduation experience who demonstrate strong learning agility and growth potential, are encouraged to apply • CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis • Ability to thrive in an international and diverse team environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • High sense of accountability, attention to detail, and execution excellence • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to quickly learn and apply recruitment technologies and AI-related tools • Ability to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms • Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience, ideally within Talent Acquisition
