📋 Description
• Build strong relationships with all critical partners to improve quality and business outcomes • Establish team capability for an assigned Product Category through coaching, mentoring, and development of critical competencies • Develop leadership capability by designing and leading regional initiatives that create business results or enhance the customer experience • Ensure the proper application of industry common Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes and Cummins specialty tools
🎯 Requirements
• Familiar with Fuel System Product and Cummins VPI project development process • 10+ years working experience with, 3+ years team management experience
