📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions. • Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, institutes, and other relevant channels. • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. • Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system/ATS. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. • Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities as required. • Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, screening, interview, selection, and joining numbers. • Identify new and effective sourcing channels to improve the quality and speed of hiring. • Build relationships with placement coordinators, institutes, and external talent sources when required. • Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices. • Collaborate with the HR Manager and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Prior 1-2 yrs of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good candidate assessment and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously. • Strong follow-up and coordination skills. • Comfortable using recruitment platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/recruitment software. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment responsibilities. • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing hiring requirements. • Work timings: 12 noon - 9 PM IST, Monday-Friday.
