📋 Description

• Support partner schools in implementing, using, and consolidating the Be Curriculum • Conduct remote and on-site educational support activities, including classroom observations, checkpoints, planning meetings, and feedback sessions • Plan and deliver initial training, professional development sessions, and pedagogical alignment meetings for educators, coordinators, families, and teams • Support educators with lesson planning, the use of teaching materials, curriculum organization, and the application of methodologies aligned with the Be Curriculum • Advise schools on the use of Be resources, pedagogical documents, platforms, and academic materials • Prepare records, feedback, and educational reports on visits, support activities, and training sessions • Analyze and provide feedback on educational and assessment materials • Collaborate in educator recruitment processes, including résumé screening, pedagogical interviews, and language proficiency assessments • Maintain ongoing communication with educators, managers, and coordinators • Coordinate with school leadership, pedagogical supervision, and other company departments • Manage schedules and educational visits • Anticipate, mediate, and support the resolution of pedagogical or institutional conflicts • Participate in institutional and commercial events, as well as meetings with prospective clients • Support educational expansion and upselling strategies • Produce supplementary materials, pedagogical documentation, and academic content • Participate in the advisory team’s internal routines, curriculum studies, and pedagogical alignment activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, or a teaching degree (required and used as a selection criterion) • Graduate degree or specialization in Bilingual Education or Educational Management is a plus • Pedagogical knowledge, particularly in bilingual education and language-teaching contexts • Proficiency with technology tools that support educational activities • Ability to prepare educational reports and documents • Experience with curriculum integration and implementation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility and adaptability to different contexts and demands • Proactivity and strong organizational skills • Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team • Active listening, empathy, and commitment to providing educational support
