📋 Description

• Support partner schools in the implementation, use, and consolidation of the Be Curriculum, respecting the contracted service model. • Conduct remote and in-person pedagogical follow-ups, including classroom observations, checkpoints, planning meetings, and feedback sessions. • Plan and deliver initial trainings, professional development sessions, and pedagogical alignments for educators, coordinators, families, and teams. • Support educators in lesson planning, use of instructional materials, curricular organization, and application of methodologies aligned with the Be Curriculum. • Provide guidance on Be pedagogical resources, documentation, platforms, and academic materials. • Produce records, feedback, and pedagogical reports from visits, follow-ups, and trainings. • Analyze and provide feedback on pedagogical and assessment materials. • Collaborate in the selection of educators, including CV review, pedagogical interviews, and assessment of language proficiency. • Maintain continuous communication with educators, managers, and coordination. • Liaise with school leadership, pedagogical supervision, and internal company departments. • Manage schedules and pedagogical visits. • Anticipate, mediate, and support resolution of pedagogical or institutional conflicts. • Participate in events, meetings with prospects, and pedagogical presentations of the Be Curriculum. • Support strategies for expansion and pedagogical upsell. • Produce supplementary materials, pedagogical documentation, and academic content. • Participate in internal routines, curriculum studies, and team training activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Letters, or a teaching licensure — required and used for candidate ranking. • Pedagogical knowledge, especially in bilingual contexts and language teaching. • Proficiency with pedagogical support technologies. • Skill in preparing pedagogical reports and documents. • Experience in curriculum integration and implementation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to different contexts and demands. • Proactivity and strong organizational ability. • Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team. • Active listening, empathy, and responsibility in pedagogical support.
