📋 Description

• Support and gradually take independent responsibility for conducting Technical Due Diligences (TechDD) for residential and commercial properties, from analysis through to providing a well-founded decision basis for investors • Conduct and document property inspections for a comprehensive technical assessment of existing and new-build properties • Calculate and review remediation and measure costs with regard to economic feasibility and investment security • Support quality controls, handovers and technical inspections during planning and execution • Ensure high reporting quality as well as technical and economic optimization across all project phases • Provide technical advice to investors and project owners in the acquisition and sale of properties • Prepare clear and informative Tech-DD reports as the central decision-making basis for national and international stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification in technical real estate consulting • At least 3 years of professional experience in construction, preferably with a focus on construction costs • Relevant experience in technical due diligence / property valuation is an advantage • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Confident use of MS Office • High degree of initiative, analytical thinking and quality awareness • Good communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
