📋 Description

• Serving as the client's main point of contact and overseeing all day-to-day PBM operations • Acting as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams • Ensuring timely/successful delivery of client requests • Managing the resolution status of routine to complex requests and driving optimal outcomes • Engaging appropriate resources and discussing information at varying degrees of complexity • Driving resolution within a timely manner and ensuring Client Performance Guarantees are met

🎯 Requirements

• 1 plus years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance • Prior Healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts (preferred) • Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans (preferred)
