📋 Description

• Manage assigned work in shared sales intake mailbox • Assist Assigned Sales RVP on pre-sales needs • Administratively assist with the new quote to confirm Sales process • Backup colleagues based on workload during time-off • Manage pre-sales Salesforce data integrity • Ongoing management of Task Dash and review and resolution of Monthly Audit

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant experience. • Experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel. • Knowledge and experience with administrative operations. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrates Aetna values through actions and communication. • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team to reach market goals. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
