📋 Description
• Contact new clients via phone, WhatsApp and email • Guide clients through account registration and KYC verification • Assist with MT4/MT5 platform setup and account activation • Explain products, account types and trading services • Support clients through their first deposit • Resolve onboarding issues with Compliance and Operations • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups • Achieve onboarding and activation targets
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech or financial services • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Client-facing sales or account management experience • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage • Comfortable using CRM systems • Self-motivated and able to work remotely
