• CXM Direct LLC is seeking a talented and dynamic Account Executive • Responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Build strong relationships and drive revenue growth • Understand client needs, provide excellent customer service • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction • Prepare reports on client performance and account metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • Proven track record in account management or sales within the financial services industry • Strong knowledge of the FX and CFD markets • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Experience in the brokerage industry is a plus • Japanese speaker and able to understand English
