• Work alongside experienced HR pros on compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and payroll • Posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews • Keeping up with HR regulations and best practices • Supporting clients with HR documents, policies, and best practices • Assisting in payroll processes and managing benefits • Using Zoho CRM, HRIS, and other tools to support HR functions
🎯 Requirements
• 6 months - 18 months of HR experience • Associates Degree • General understanding of HR concepts (handbooks, job descriptions, compliance, etc.) • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365 • Comfortable on Zoom (video on) and interacting with clients • Authorized to work in the U.S.
