📋 Description

• Execute and review monthly accounting closing routines. • Perform account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts. • Record accounting entries for rental income, discounts, rent-free periods, contractual adjustments, and other related events. • Review lease contracts from an accounting perspective. • Prepare schedules, supporting documentation, and explanatory notes for audits. • Monitor provisions, accruals, and accounting reclassifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Experience with real estate lease/rental operations. • Knowledge of CPCs (Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements) and IFRS applicable to accounting routines. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
