• Develop close relationships with major accounts by identifying customer technical requirements, collaborating with the assigned Account Manager to create solutions, and driving new business development. • Drive new account sales with the aim of exceeding forecasted gross margins and sales revenue. • Contribute to the expansion of the company's presence in diverse sectors within the distribution division. • Utilize a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of AC UPS and related products/services. • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive overall experience. • Provide budgets and forecasts as requested, actively and comprehensively working within the company CRM system. • Become a subject matter expert for the lines carried and stay updated on product knowledge through active participation in ongoing training.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical discipline is a plus. • 4 years of experience in technical sales with mission-critical power systems, preferably UPS. • Demonstrable track record of success in developing major accounts. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
