• Expand customer base and increase revenues through direct sales of our commercial emissions control systems to the data center, hospital and college/university markets in the outlined territory. • Work closely with influencers and collaborators in our target markets, to include mechanical, electrical and consulting engineering firms • Present the technical features and benefits of our products and write and influence the specifications • Achieve established territory sales targets and quotas • Develop, document, and implement tactical sales and marketing plans • Recommend and develop sales and marketing tools, standards and procedures used by our sales team and representatives, to include literature, presentations, and trade show displays • Identify and propose new product concepts • Develop channels to market and recruit sales staff, distributors, representatives, and dealers • Manage and develop distributors and representatives, to include providing sales, marketing, onboarding and training support as well as monitoring sales against forecast
• Proven experience in sales management within the power generation or backup power industry. • Strong technical understanding of power generation systems and ancillary equipment. • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement. • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. • Adept in conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities. • Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
