📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards • Build and enhance metrics and KPIs to track business performance • Support the evolution and maintenance of a portfolio of reports and performance indicators • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, deviations, and opportunities • Translate business needs into reports, metrics, and indicators • Gather requirements from business teams • Create clear, objective data visualizations tailored to users’ needs • Improve and optimize existing reports and dashboards • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information presented • Support the definition and standardization of metrics and indicators • Identify opportunities to improve BI solutions • Analyze and resolve inconsistencies in reports and indicators • Document reports, metrics, KPIs, and business rules • Collaborate with Data, BI, Technology, and business teams • Take a hands-on role in data and Business Intelligence projects, from understanding business needs through the development and maintenance of reports and indicators • Interact continuously with stakeholders and translate business needs into data solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in a similar role • Advanced Power BI experience – required • Experience building reports, dashboards, and KPIs • Experience creating and maintaining business metrics and indicators • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation • Experience working with a large volume of reports and indicators • Knowledge of data modeling and structuring for BI solutions • Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions • Strong communication skills for interacting with business teams and stakeholders • Ability to work independently in building and evolving solutions • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Strong data interpretation skills • Clear and objective communication • Organization and attention to detail • Autonomy and accountability • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple demands • Proactive approach to identifying improvements • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions • Strong collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams • Commitment to information quality and reliability • Microsoft Power BI / Data Analyst certification (a plus) • Knowledge of SQL (a plus) • Experience with large-scale Business Intelligence projects (a plus) • Experience in corporate environments with a high volume of reports and indicators (a plus) • Knowledge of data visualization and presentation best practices (a plus) • Experience working with different business areas and stakeholders (a plus)
