📋 Description

• Support franchise partners in day-to-day operations (building and expanding market share, team and activities) • Actively promote, develop and support franchise partners in system-related measures • Site and market analyses • Expand knowledge transfer through on-site visits, workshops and training sessions • Support franchise partners with marketing activities and coordinate accordingly with the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector, or a degree with a relevant focus • Experience in the real estate industry (desirable) • Possibly initial experience in franchise/partner support • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Independent, self-reliant and results-oriented way of working • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics • MS Office skills • Confident and polished manner and appearance • Team player • Motivation and commitment
