• New client acquisition across the nationwide retail sector • Account management, expansion and strategic development of newly acquired customers as well as major existing clients • Marketing and sales of modern digitalization and rollout projects, including Mobile Device Management, WiFi solutions, and Electronic Shelf Labeling • Cross-selling across all Damovo business units — from Unified Collaboration & Video to Network & Security • Offering and positioning our Managed Services and consulting services • Leading sales and contract negotiations, creating account and business plans, and taking responsibility for revenue and margin in your customer segment
• A degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent vocational training • At least 3 years of sales experience in the retail sector, ideally within the portfolio areas mentioned • Proven success in building and developing national or international key accounts • Preferably product and contract knowledge as well as sales certifications from leading vendors • Very good MS Office skills • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
