• Develop and enable the AWS team to support and guide the sales force in demonstrating value propositions through best-in-class demonstrations. • Support the area on Scientific and Application requests requiring advanced knowledge and expertise to maximize sales revenue. • Provide Market Intelligence: market trends, new applications, technologies, analysis workflows, competition, and customer needs. • Support the development of targeted application notes. • Monitor execution of action plans and course correct as appropriate to achieve desired results. • Actively support the development of direct reports and associates through career discussions and mentorship.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of Life Science microscopy. • Profound knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and Image analysis. • Experience in Biopharma and Biotech environments. • First-hand knowledge of applied microscopy solutions are a plus. • Sales talent and knowledge about sales or proven sales experience is a plus. • Ability to travel – 50% • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
