• Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins • Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities • Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows • Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and knowledge of competitive products and services • Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field • 4+ years Biotechnology experience • Sales technique including cross selling, upselling, value positions, solution selling and funnel management • Ability to travel 20% overnight, within territory • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 lb
