📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process • Promote Cytiva Nano Medicine products, manage leads and prospects, develop opportunities, and improve account penetration • Attend trade shows and conferences and provide high-level technical expertise • Evaluate customer processes, identify solutions, and provide tools, information, and support to obtain additional sales and identify new opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key decision makers • Set quarterly territory priorities and contribute to key account plans • Develop knowledge of Cytiva Nano Medicine products, customer applications, competitive products, funding, market dynamics, and end-user needs • Communicate strategic and competitive customer feedback to Marketing and Product Development teams • Coordinate and conduct on-site and in-house customer training courses • Conduct application-based seminars and product demonstrations • Provide applications and technical training to the sales team • Provide phone, email, and in-person customer applications support • Troubleshoot issues related to users’ technical skills, applications, and instruments • Determine whether problem resolution belongs to sales, engineering, or other company personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in genomic medicines or nanomedicine • 3–5 years of experience • Proven applications or laboratory experience in nanoparticle formulation, drug delivery, or cell biology • Skilled in troubleshooting instrumentation and applications • Superior problem-solving, interpersonal, and account-management skills in a commercial environment • Aptitude toward the selling process and ability to work as a team player • Understanding of customers’ key business drivers • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a drive for customer satisfaction • Strong communication skills and experience delivering scientific presentations • Demonstrated technical writing ability • Must have a driver’s license • Must be able and willing to travel internationally throughout Europe • PhD preferred
