• Achieve assigned sales targets by driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and executing account strategies within the designated territory. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a deep understanding of customer needs and the delivery of appropriate diagnostic solutions. • Promote diagnostic instruments, reagents, and integrated solutions by clearly communicating product value, benefits, and competitive advantages. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and support business planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, advance account development, and enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or above • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the medical device or in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, preferably with experience managing hospital or laboratory accounts. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory in Taiwan. • Proven experience in customer account management and business development, with the ability to independently manage and grow the assigned sales territory.
