• Partner with instrument sales teams and leadership to prioritize clinical sales targets based on acquisition timelines, strategic account profiles, and business needs • Collaborate with Health Systems Executives to influence clinical buying decisions within priority health system accounts • Partner with customers to identify sepsis care improvement opportunities, including early identification, workflow efficiency, and antibiotic stewardship • Work closely with Clinical Implementation Specialists to define implementation goals, ensure appropriate scope, and secure executive sponsorship within customer organizations • Support development of clinical reference sites, testimonials, and sales enablement strategies in partnership with marketing and medical leadership
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience selling clinically within hospital settings • Experience preferred in areas such as infection detection and control, sepsis care, decision support, utilization management, ED workflows, antibiotic stewardship, and DRG cost strategies • Experience with business development and or launching new technologies in complex healthcare environments strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience configuring and integrating EMR, middleware, and healthcare IT systems, particularly within emergency department settings • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts, develop business cases, and articulate ROI to stakeholders from frontline staff through executive leadership.
