• Execute Roadmaps: Autonomously manage multiple parallel roadmaps, balancing strategic speed with tight daily execution. • Optimize Operations: Build and manage enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting to ensure trainer consistency. • Scale Onboarding & Advancement: Own the onboarding experience for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring consistent readiness across geographies. • Lead Product Change: Translate product updates into communications that drive customer adoption. • Drive Efficient Training Development: Build scalable coaching and development systems that equip frontline leaders to consistently coach, certify, and develop Trainers.
• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field • Experience managing change through influence across diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups • Extreme autonomy: A true "go-getter" mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward • Proven track record of looking at messy, cross-functional inputs, mapping out the optimal workflow, and building a highly structured strategy.
