📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles • Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles • Conduct market research to inform hiring strategy and compensation benchmarks • Lead candidate sourcing through creative and data-driven methods • Assess candidates' skills and cultural fit through structured interviews • Offer guidance and training to hiring managers on interview best practices • Proactively address delays in hiring cycles with actionable solutions • Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and candidate experience • Deep-dive into team structure, hiring needs, and recruitment pipeline during the first 30 days • Build relationships with hiring managers and audit current processes • Take ownership of active roles from brief to close • Advise managers on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate evaluation • Lead strategic searches and support hiring needs across functions • Build scalable talent acquisition practices • Close 5–8 roles within the first 90 days, depending on profile complexity and business priority

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of closing vacancies across multiple functions • Experience hiring for rare and senior-level positions • Experience in soft skill evaluation and structured interviewing • Strong background in executive search and multichannel sourcing • Proven ability to consult and advise hiring managers as a true partner • Experience in international recruitment is a plus • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
