📋 Description

• Prepare and track purchase requisitions (PRs) • Open and follow up on tickets for purchase order creation • Support processes related to order creation and fixed asset registration (CAPEX) • Perform financial and accounting postings in SAP (MIRO, MIR7, FB60, ME53N/ME51N, KSB1, FBL1N, among others) • Execute postings via FB60 and cost reclassifications, including intercompany reclassifications • Monitor payment scheduling and processing • Perform postings and controls related to invoices, debit notes, invoices, leasing, and corporate card expenses • Support vendor registration and master data update processes • Keep IT Accounts Payable internal controls up to date • Support the monitoring of the area’s budget, actuals, and financial commitments • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues • Ensure the organization, traceability, and quality of financial information • Support the Finance routines of the Technology area, working closely with IT Governance and interfacing with different areas of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in financial routines, accounts payable, procurement, or controlling • Practical knowledge of SAP, especially financial processes • Experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments • Knowledge of accounting postings and reclassifications • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to independently follow up on and resolve outstanding issues • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and vendors • Preferred qualifications: previous experience with IT budgeting; knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX; experience with fixed asset processes; knowledge of Power BI; experience working in Technology or IT Governance teams • Hands-on and organized profile, with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, a sense of priority, and the ability to navigate different teams and processes effectively
