📋 Description

• Monitor and ensure the stability of the electronic transaction system. • Handle the resolution of complex incidents (Level 3). • Analyze logs and data flows to identify bottlenecks. • Monitor integrations with partners via APIs and EDI. • Propose improvements and automations for operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• **Required:** • - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; • - Senior-level experience in IT Operations; • - Experience with databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and log analysis; • - Strong knowledge of XML file structures and consuming REST APIs using HTTP methods (POST and GET). • **Preferred:** • - Experience with electronic transaction systems (authorization systems or gateways); • - Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or Grafana; • - Experience in the healthcare operators segment.
