📋 Description

• Operate and manage virtualization environments (VMware vSphere / vCenter) — configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of VMs; • Administer Windows Server and Linux Server systems on a day-to-day basis (patching, services, user management); • Perform infrastructure deployments and changes based on runbooks and established procedures; • Perform intermediate-level troubleshooting for performance and availability issues, escalating critical incidents to the senior team; • Execute and follow Disaster Recovery procedures (Zerto, Acronis) according to defined plans; • Manage firewalls and VPNs (pfSense, Fortigate, Sophos) — rules, maintenance, and connectivity diagnostics; • Operational management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers and RDS; • Operate and maintain monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Grafana): monitoring alerts, tuning metrics, and escalating anomalies; • Diagnose intermediate-level storage, network and replication issues, documenting root causes and resolutions; • Document procedures, incidents and configurations in ITSM/GLPI.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with VMware vSphere / vCenter (operation and maintenance of production environments); • Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server in a corporate environment; • Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, firewalls and VPNs; • Ability to perform intermediate infrastructure troubleshooting (network, storage and virtualization); • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana or similar); • Experience with pfSense, Fortigate or Sophos (a plus); • Experience with Zerto, Acronis or Veeam (desirable); • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud (desirable); • Basic automation skills with PowerShell / Bash (a plus).
