📋 Description

• Support technical initiatives and activities for partners, including cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation • Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources • Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams • Support partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching • Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and help bring them to resolution • Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to enhance their value through improved Datadog adoption • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities • Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations • Demonstrable track record and never-ending passion for learning • Self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen • Ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom • Confident presentation skills • Must be a current EU resident • Hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas desired: Observability; Public Cloud; Containerization; Dev/Scripting; Config Mgmt; CI/CD • Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners is a bonus • Previous experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools is a bonus • Previous experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging is a bonus
