📋 Description

• Administration of Microsoft-based Modern Client Management • Development of scripts for automation using PowerShell • Packaging and rollout of software via the PSADT framework • Conceptualization and design of new solutions in Modern Client Management • Tasks in 2nd/3rd level support and problem management according to ITIL • Coordination tasks in client engineering and ticket handling • Active participation in projects and independent responsibility for subprojects • Support for customer reviews / recurring status meetings (Jour Fixes)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and client management solutions (MECM, Intune) • Strong proficiency with PowerShell • Good scripting skills • Customer-, process- and solution-oriented approach • Professional and personable demeanor in customer interactions • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Enthusiasm for learning new topics • Proactive and committed work style • Flexibility and creativity
