📋 Description

• Administration of Microsoft-based Modern Client Management • Development of PowerShell scripts for automation • Packaging and rollout of software using the PSADT framework • Designing new solutions and further developing existing concepts in the Modern Client Management area • Work in 2nd/3rd level support as well as in Problem Management according to ITIL • Taking on coordination tasks in client engineering, ticket handling and projects • Active participation in projects and independent responsibility for subprojects • Assistance with customer reviews and regular status meetings (Jour Fixes)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and client management solutions such as MECM (SCCM) and Intune • Experience with Microsoft Defender • Strong command of PowerShell • Good scripting skills desirable • Customer-, process- and solution-oriented approach • Professional and personable manner in customer interactions • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to learn and work in new subject areas • Proactive, forward-looking, committed, flexible and creative working style • Enjoy working in a friendly, dynamic team • Strong communication skills and out-of-the-box thinking
