• Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities • Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and activation • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growth • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities • Monitor market trends and competitor activity across the EU region • Collaborate closely with internal teams including retention, dealing, and marketing • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Fluent/ native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication. Any other European language is a plus • Proven experience in business development within Forex, CFD, iGaming, or FinTech • Strong existing network within European financial or trading markets • Experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partner distribution channels • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and drive regional growth initiatives • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus • Solid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.
