• Serve as Hospital Services development executive within 1 to 2 $1+B operating groups • Lead initiatives that drive long-term growth • Partner with Hospital division leadership team to analyze market trends • Develop plans for division to achieve Company’s objectives • Source, develop, and negotiate renal partnerships with assigned Hospitals and Systems • Develop strong relationships with external and internal customers • Manage key deliverables and prepare executive presentations
• A Bachelor's degree is required • An MBA, MPH, or a relevant graduate degree is preferred • 5+ years of transaction experience in Corporate Development and sales • Significant work experience in the healthcare industry • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external partners • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and other tools
