📋 Description
• proactively identify and engage high-potential executive talent using multi-channel strategies • conduct deep-dive org charting and talent mapping • present search insights, talent maps, and candidate summaries to ETAPs and hiring managers • craft highly personalized outreach messaging • track and translate analytical data into actionable strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or recruitment experience • strong focus on passive Executive-level (Director+) talent identification within the Healthcare industry • expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, ATS platforms (e.g., Workday), AI sourcing tools, advanced LinkedIn logic, and talent mapping software • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
