📋 Description

• Partner with other corporate PS functions (e.g., Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting) • Ensure PS activities are aligned with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission • Act as trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters impacting business results

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic human resources (HR) consulting • Knowledge of PS policies and compliance • Strong partnership and collaboration skills • Ability to align with DaVita’s culture and values
