📋 Description

• Advising on a broad range of legal issues • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts • Collaborating with multi-functional transactional teams • Assisting internal and external legal counsel • Advising on employment-related issues • Developing and implementing legal compliance projects • Responding to subpoenas and litigation discovery requests • Supporting merger and acquisition activities • Driving legal department process improvements • Revising internal legal policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school • Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia State Bar • Experience in employment law and/or mergers and acquisitions practice • Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts is preferred • Two (2) or more years’ related work experience
