📋 Description

• Lead the development of integrated master schedules for large-scale, high-complexity projects or programs • Perform advanced forensic delay analysis and provide recommendations for schedule recovery and acceleration • Audit project schedules to ensure compliance with DCMA 14-point assessments or other industry best practices • Manage resource-loading and leveling across portfolios to identify and resolve enterprise-level staffing conflicts • Mentor and provide technical training to Associate and mid-level Schedulers on advanced P6 techniques and CPM methodology • Serve as the subject matter expert during client meetings and executive-level project reviews • Analyze complex change orders to determine their impact on the project completion date and overall program health

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Data Analytics, Business, or related field • Equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted • 10 Plus years experience • PMP, PMI-SP, or similar is preferred • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Analysis • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (Advanced) and Microsoft Excel (Macro/VBA level preferred) • Strong understanding of cost-loading and resource-loading techniques within scheduling software • Ability to distill complex scheduling data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership
