📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and go-live • Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear project plans and actionable deliverables • Drive projects related to enterprise billing, subscription management, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes • Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers • Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of enterprise billing processes and systems – a must • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders • Strong understanding of subscription, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes – a strong advantage • Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software, or business applications • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or billing platforms – an advantage • Excellent English, both written and verbal • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage
