📋 Description

• Design marketing and brand assets, including paid ad creative, social graphics, email visuals, presentations, infographics, and event collateral • Design web and landing page mockups in Figma • Hand off clean, developer-ready files with clear specifications and components • Partner with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand goals, audiences, and campaign objectives • Turn complex DeFi and financial concepts into clear, visually intuitive graphics and data visualizations • Own and evolve brand consistency by maintaining and extending brand guidelines, templates, and the design system • Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines • Iterate on creative based on performance data and marketing team feedback • Stay current on design trends, tools, and Web3 visual language, and bring fresh ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across multiple styles and formats; portfolio required for consideration • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Solid grasp of typography, layout, colour, and hierarchy • Experience designing for digital marketing, including paid social, landing pages, and email • Understanding of what makes creative convert • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, independent worker who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged • Nice to have: interest in or experience with crypto, DeFi, finance, or Web3 brands • Nice to have: basic motion design with After Effects or short-form video editing • Nice to have: experience designing for high-ticket/mastermind programs and sales funnels
