📋 Description

• Review, interpret, and draft contracts • Conduct thorough analysis of tender notices (bidding documents) • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and the company's interests • Identify and mitigate contractual risks • Practice Civil Law, providing both advisory (consultative) and contentious (litigation) legal services • Join the firm's legal team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven experience in contracts and tenders • Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation applicable to contracts and public tenders • Strong communication and negotiation skills
