• 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the crypto and DeFi space. • Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the crypto market. • A proven history of negotiating and securing high-value partnerships with leading industry players. • Strong communication skills—able to build and maintain relationships at all levels. • A self-starter attitude with a focus on results, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
