📋 Description

• Support the Lead PM in defining and maintaining the global AI product roadmap for Health Information Systems, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs. • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products within the EMR and PAS AI portfolio, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration. • Engage directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement. • Create the business case for specific products, from scope to cost and RoI. • Lead a development team working hand in hand with a Tech Lead in the development of the requirements into a product using agile methodology and ceremonies. • Support in the identification and evaluation of third-party solutions, AI vendors, and integration partners relevant to the HIS space, contributing to build vs. buy assessments. • Define success metrics and KPIs for AI features deployed within EMR and PAS contexts, supporting sales in the positioning of the product on the market, monitoring adoption and impact post-launch. • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products comply with relevant regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across target geographies (e.g. AI Act, GDPR, HL7/FHIR standards). • Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to the relevant stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a healthcare setting, with direct exposure to EMR and/or PAS systems. • Practical experience with AI technologies and their application in clinical or operational healthcare environments. • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and clinical data models. • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional, globally distributed teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and clinical audiences. • Proven track record of delivering healthcare technology products through full product lifecycle. • Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
