📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between clients and creative teams • Translate vague client goals into clear creative direction • Keep the production process moving smoothly • Advocate for clients’ visions while challenging unclear input • Spot risks early and act proactively • Improve the quality of client briefs and inputs • Maintain concise, clear, and useful correspondence • Optimize how clients use Deer Designer over time • Use AI to draft, structure, and refine communication and internal processes • Drive successful client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing role (Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success) • Flawless English with precise, structured, direct, and clear communication • Understanding of layout, hierarchy, branding, and UX fundamentals • Comfortable pushing back on clients and asking hard questions • Existing use of AI to structure thinking, identify risks, and improve output quality • Familiarity with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models is a big plus • Familiarity with Figma or Photoshop for review purposes • Familiarity with async-friendly workflows • Outcome-focused ownership mindset
