📋 Description

• Implement market development initiatives agreed with the supervisor, such as monthly promotions, business planning, target tracking, and revenue planning • Independently manage the assigned territory • Provide expert business consulting and professional customer support • Plan revenue and customer visits, and prepare reports • Achieve revenue, distribution, and strategic objectives • Acquire new customers • Provide professional support to salons in collaboration with our Education Team • Attend customer events, sales meetings, and trade fairs

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the hairdressing industry, or willingness to transition from another professional field • Strong customer-service orientation and excellent communication skills • Fresh, dynamic presence and a highly professional, confident appearance • Willingness to travel and ability to perform under pressure • Residence within the sales territory • Good command of English and very strong MS Office skills
