The organization offers government-funded courses (via Bildungsgutschein) designed for jobseekers and career changers, combining live online instruction, job coaching, placement support, and course materials (including loaned laptops). Programs are structured for rapid upskilling (e. g. , six-month courses) and emphasize practical skills like DATEV, payroll, bookkeeping and tax law.

📋 Description

• Assume full entrepreneurial responsibility for DELA across operations, strategy, and finance • Identify 1–2 new course verticals per year, apply for AZAV approval, and scale them profitably • Identify underserved target groups, topics, and funding opportunities • Prepare and submit calculations, concepts, and application documents for new programs • Recruit and manage instructors, both internally and externally • Manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and SEO against target CPLs and conversion goals • Build and optimize the sales funnel from the first ad impression through course enrollment • Lead inbound sales education advisors and optimize their efficiency • Manage agencies through clear briefs and KPIs • Assume full P&L responsibility • Oversee liquidity planning, reporting, and financial management • Ensure AZAV compliance and quality management documentation • Organize participant administration, course delivery, and quality management documentation in a scalable manner • Drive digitization and automation from lead capture through reporting to Jobcenters • Develop and strategically strengthen the existing team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or comparable training, with demonstrated leadership experience; a business-related background is preferred • At least 5 years of professional experience in a competitive environment • Experience as a Managing Director or senior leader at a startup, education provider, management consultancy, or comparable organization • Proven P&L responsibility and understanding of profit-and-loss statements and management accounts (GuV/BWA) • Experience building sales processes or sales funnels • Digital expertise in performance marketing and managing agencies through KPIs • Residing in Germany (mandatory AZAV requirement) • Preferred: experience in the AZAV/SGB environment or in a regulated education or publicly funded training market • Preferred: experience with digital course offerings or e-learning products • Preferred: networks with Jobcenters, employment agencies, or education partners
