📋 Description

• Entering data and ensuring the accuracy of financial information in accounting software • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation • Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries • Monitoring and tracking company expenses and budgets • Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports • Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow • Ensuring efficient and accurate posting of invoice transactions upon client order completion • Routinely making collection contacts and issuing past-due notices and statements • Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes • Supporting the preparation of financial statements and other related financial reports • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed • Performing ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines
