📋 Description

• Support day-to-day accounting operations for a U.S.-based hospitality company • Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow • Invoice all clients upon order completion • Make collection contacts on a routine basis • Issue past-due notices and statements • Complete royalty entry and submissions • Assist with year-end financial statements • Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions • Collaborate with clients, vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team • Resolve accounting-related issues and perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy • Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support financial accuracy through critical thinking • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision in a remote work environment • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 3-5 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus but not required
